We apply Prince2 project management processes to all assignments to ensure we consistently meet deadlines and outcome objectives.

We have considerable experience in providing management support for new or established projects. For example the FOCUS project in South Holland brings together a number of organisations to provide a business support infrastructure in South Lincolnshire. Success Matrix is contracted by the Lincolnshire County Council to manage the partnership of suppliers to ensure effective cooperation and delivery of services to participants.
