Success Matrix is currently building on previous and current projects such as KICKSTART, Advance Rural Lincolnshire and FOCUS research and advice, looking at local requirements in Enterprise and Skills development across the county. This local focus is critical to success – after all, as Enterprise Insight states, “Enterprise happens in places”.
