The Economic Regeneration section of Lincolnshire County Council recently identified that business support services in the District of South Holland were lagging compared to the rest of the County and the region as a whole.
Responding to this in consultation with key stakeholders from the district we identified several specialist needs that required intervention to help solve a number of weaknesses in the local economy. Led by Success Matrix 5 delivery partners Success Matrix, University of Lincoln, Business Environmental Management Services, Chamber of Commerce and Education Business Partnership have been brought together to provide specialist support for businesses in areas from ICT to Food manufacture, all under the umbrella of the 'Focus for Businesses in South Holland' project. Success Matrix is contracted by the Lincolnshire County Council to manage the partnership of suppliers and is seeking to build long-term partnership working.
