Our Recruitment / Response Handling Service
 

This service normally includes: 

 

  • The drafting and agreement of any media advertising
  • Customising job description / specification, applicant information, recruitment correspondence
  • Offering the opportunity for potential applicants to discuss vacancies
  • Internet application routes
  • The development of a customised web page (optional)

This comprehensive approach ensures a high level of customer service for applicants and a positive impression of our Clients.  All administration costs such as postage, telephone and stationery are included in the price quoted.

 

 

Our Selection Service

 

This service normally includes:

  •  The short listing of applications according to agreed criteria
  • Conducting of initial interviews / Attendance on Interview Panels
  • The preparation of a final shortlist of candidates for final interviews
  • All applicant correspondence
    Preparation of interview packages
  • Provision of interview facilities where appropriate
  • Advice / support on referencing
  • Feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Facilitation of final–stage interviews including any job-related selection exercise e.g. presentation and / or IT skills
  • Conducting of Personality Profiles for interviewed candidates (optional)
  • Management of an Assessment Centre (optional)

Other

Longer-term support in developing offer letters / contracts of employment / HR systems and policies etc.


A Recruitment and Selection Partnership

It is important that any process reflects the culture and style of our Clients.   We will seek feedback from you throughout any process that we undertake to ensure that we are projecting an appropriate profile for your organisation and that we attract as many potentially suitable candidates as possible. Ultimately selection decisions will be (and should be!!) made by our clients with our role to provide professional support and advice. It is our aim to ensure that the processes upon which those decisions are based are robust and of high quality.


Costing Options:

 

Option 1:

  •  The Success Matrix charges are based on an agreed day rate (depending on level of service required), irrespective of starting salaries and can cover all of the elements listed above. 
  • This will require some time investment from our clients throughout the process as we seek to act as your in-house recruitment team rather than the typical agency approach.   
  • Any additional, external costs that form an agreed part of an assignment (e.g. specifically requested media advertising /personality profiles etc) are charged on a cost-recovery basis only. These would be agreed in advance with the client.

Option 2:

 
Another option available to our clients, who have limited time available to invest in the process, is that we are provided with Job details at the start of the assignment and we source relevant candidates for interview.  This requires less of your time and the process overall can be a lot quicker.  Charges are based on a percentage of starting salaries.
