Workspace Refurbishment

The Workspace Refurbishment Grant can offer between £500 and £5,000 for the refurbishment/conversion of premises for SME businesses in the Lincolnshire area.

The fund supports recently established businesses that have been trading for less than 36 months and employ less than 50 staff. The grant can fund up to 50% of costs to a value of £5,000.

Qualifying works could include:

Electrical re-wiring
Upgrade of heating or lighting systems
Repair / maintenance of working space for the business
Cosmetic development for customer facing businesses
Conversion of derelict / disused spaces
