The objective of this contract was to bring the inaugural ‘Landlords Expo’ to Lincolnshire, under the brand of Belvoir Lettings with support from Nicholsons Accountants.

The aim of the event was to give property landlords and potential landlords access to information, networking opportunities and provide a forum for landlords to engage with selected suppliers that could assist them in their business activities. The event was also intended to raise the profile of the delivery organisations and selected exhibitors.
 
Success Matrix Events added value to this project from the development stage, through to leading delivery on the day. The opportunity to learn more about this business sector and establish contacts within it proved very valuable, and we are now in discussions with other organisations in the hope that we can support their events with landlords. The success of the Lincolnshire event is also demonstrated by initial planning to deliver and grow the event in 2008!
