The Lincolnshire Echo Business Awards celebrate exceptional performances. The Awards, now in their eleventh year recognise local business excellence and embrace businesses of all sizes and ages, across all sectors in Lincolnshire and Rutland.

The Lincolnshire Echo Group Newspapers lead the event. Success Matrix support the Awards and have an established history with them, having initiated the Awards over a decade ago, and leading their organisation, delivery and growth each year since then.

The Awards typically present seven categories to its local business audience in February. The grand finale is a black-tie presentation dinner in July. Over 400 people attend this dinner; finalists, sponsors and other business people that want to rub shoulders with Lincolnshire and Rutland’s commercial brightest and best.

There are three finalists for each award category and they undergo a Finalist Judging process in June, but the winner is kept a closely guarded secret until the evening of the dinner.

The evening consists of a champagne reception with canapés, a two-course silver-service dinner, networking opportunities as well as the all-important announcements that keep finalists on the edge of their seats until the latter part of the evening!

The Awards have a high profile in the local business calendar and are delivered alongside a comprehensive PR campaign building up to the presentation dinner and sharing success stories after the event, making this a 365-day project for Success Matrix.
