Advance Rural Lincolnshire

Advance Rural Lincolnshire, (ARL) is a far-reaching solution for business support in three districts of Lincolnshire: East Lindsey, West Lindsey and South Holland. This coordinated initiative brings together key business support providers and district councils. The solutions for beneficiary businesses are accessible, flexible and needs based.

Success Matrix won a tender to deliver this project for Lincolnshire County Council. With other stakeholders, the project team has a joint mission to have a tangible positive impact upon the economies of these rural areas. ARL gives eligible businesses access to information and resources, training and development activities, and access to expertise through local advisors and subsidies.

Success Matrix Events delivered launch events for ARL, one in each district area. The brief included both event management and event marketing. The three events incorporated activities at each location, but connected via satellite for the keynote talk from Rob Andrew MBE, former rugby international.
