Accelerated Business Development Programme

The Accelerated Business Development Programme has been running in partnership with Transitions for over 8 years now and in conjunction we have run over 12 different programmes which has impacted on numerous businesses.

Success Matrix have been involved with the programme in a number of ways to help develop and steer it to suit the needs of local businesses and organisations. A heavy involvement occurred when Mercian Matrix held the Business Link contract for Lincolnshire and Rutland. This helped to link the beneficiaries of the programme into the Business Link advisors so to ensure they were helped at every step of the way with there individual business needs. It was felt that it was important to ensure local needs were met and much of the work involved the business advisors in order to establish the needs and wants of businesses in the area.
