We are licensed providers of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis Tool (PPA).  This tool provides a valuable insight into an individual’s working style, preferences and motivations.

The information obtained provides an objective view of how closely a person suits a particular role and how their personality may fit within your existing team.

Various reports are available covering areas such as Management, Sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Administration or you can take elements of each to make your own bespoke reports that best suit your needs.
