It’s Just Good Management Practice…
Heard of Investors in People but never quite understood what it can do for you? Or have you previously looked at the Standard but never got round to taking it further?
According to IIP UK 81% of organisations agree that working with IIP encourages continuous improvement and identified weaknesses in staff development.
We offer the opportunity for you to have an initial health check using the IIP framework, which will give you valuable feedback on the effectiveness of your ‘people management’ processes.
You will be provided with support, in the form of help, advice and guidance from a registered IIP Practitioner, which will include:
- An initial diagnostic to identify any gaps your organisation may have with skills and workforce development issues
- A report covering your progress in relation to the Investors in People Standard
- The development of a positive Action Plan, which will identify areas for continuous improvement
- Ongoing guidance and support to help you implement your action plan, which can be used to take you towards recognition as an Investor in People, should you choose to do so.
